The ideal flavouring for canapés, starters, pasta and rice dishes, main courses and omelettes and as a base for any truffle dish.
Recipe: Truffled Veal Fillet for 4 people
Ingredients:
* 700g veal fillet,
* 40/50g truffle butter,
* 100g Fontina cheese.
Cook the veal in a frying pan, add the Fontina cheese and top each slice with teaspoon of truffle butter, turn off the heat and cover the pan until the cheese melts.
