The ideal flavouring for canapés, hors d'oeuvres fillings, pasta and rice or main dishes, omelettes and as a base for any truffle dish.
Recipe: "Spaghetti Carbonara" with Black Truffle for 4 people
Ingredients:
* 400 g spaghetti,
* 1 50g jar of minced black truffle,
* 2 eggs (beaten),
* Pecorino Romano cheese to taste.
Cook the pasta "al dente", drain it and put it in a deep frying pan or wok, add the minced black truffle, the 2 beaten eggs and the Pecorino cheese, stir and warm until the egg is set.
