Recipe: "Penne" Pasta with Mushroom and Truffle Sauce for 4 people Ingredients: * 350g hard wheat penne (pen-shaped pasta), * 1 80g jar of mushroom and truffle sauce, * 125g fresh cream, * Parmesan cheese to taste. Put the cream and the mushroom and truffle sauce into a deep frying pan or wok, cook and drain the pasta, mix and warm through for about 2/3 minutes, finish with Parmesan cheese.
