For the best result, bring 1.5 Lt of water to the boil, add salt and add the polenta mix contents. Stir and cook for about 5-6 minutes.

Ingredients:
* 1 350g packet of polenta,
* 2 tsp coarse sea salt,
* 1.5 Lt. water.
Sprinkle the polenta mix into the previously salted cold water, bring to the boil and cook for about 10 minutes stirring all the time and always in the same direction.
