Bright yellow maize flour, dotted with lots of little pieces of dried truffle, in a convenient flavour-saving 350g packet.
Recipe: "Polenta" with Truffle for 4 people
Ingredients:
* 1 350g packet of polenta,
* 2 tbs coarse sea salt,
* 1.5 Lt water
Put 4 spoonfuls of polenta per person into the cold pre-salted water. Bring to the boil, stirring constantly, always in the same direction, for about 7/8 minutes.
