Recipe: "Strangozzi" Pasta with Summer Truffle for 3 people Ingredients: * 250g Strangozzi pasta with truffle, * 1 18g jar of summer truffle, * Extra virgin olive oil. Grate the truffle into a deep frying pan or wok, add the extra virgin olive oil and the truffle liquid from the jar, add salt and warm through for a couple of minutes. Drain the cooked pasta and warm through with the other ingredients in the pan for another 2 minutes.
