Ingredients:
* 700g veal fillet,
* 40/50g truffle butter,
* 100g Fontina cheese
Cook the veal in a frying pan, add the Fontina cheese and top each slice with teaspoon of truffle butter, turn off the heat and cover the pan until the cheese melts.
