Recipe: White Truffle "Tagliatelle" for 4 people Ingredients: * 250g egg tagliatelle, * 1 50g jar white truffle purée, * 60g butter, * Parmesan cheese to taste. To prepare: Put the purée in a deep frying pan or wok, add the butter and warm for about 1 minute. Cook the pasta, drain and add it to the pan mixing it with the sauce, add grated Parmesan cheese to taste.
